An exquisite play on the Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

More eye-candies (cookies?) for the cookie lover. Apologies for the lack of updates - we have been caught up with the various tasks that life calls for - but worry not for baking still remains our priority!

We managed to get our hands on some top-notch ingredients recently and whipped up this superior variation of our wonderful Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies. The chocolate bits were composed of Valrhona cocoa powder and Ghirardelli chocolate among other high-quality ingredients, and sure enough, the final outcome did not disappoint. The cookies tasted out of this world, at least to a hardcore chocolate lover like me :)

Our Prices Have Been Revised!

Due to a revision in ingredients, we announce that the prices of our cookies will be raised to reflect the increase in cost. The new revised prices will be as follows:

3. Chewy Coconut Cookies - RM17.00

Hey guys, just a quick update to inform everyone that we're still running as usual, only that this time around I'll only be able to bake during the weekends, as I won't be available on weekdays. But you are still very welcomed to have your cookies picked up on weekdays, just notify us a few days (or a week) earlier so that I can prepare them ahead. So, don't hesitate to contact us if you want more cookies! Especially for lovely occasions and as gifts to your loved ones.

Dark Chocolate Cookies: a healthy way to enjoy your cookies

After some feedback from our wonderful customers, we have been thinking of ways to cater to your taste buds. Some like them sweet, some want them semi-sweet, more chocolate to be sprinkled on top, less sweet but with dark chocolate - and the list goes on. We are happy to hear your suggestions as that's the only way we can improve our products, by listening straight to the source.

Therefore, one of our ways to improve our cookies is by launching a new line of cookies, which is the Semi-sweet Dark Chocolate Cookies. We have revised our recipe and decided to bring in the new Cadbury's 'Old is Gold' Dark Chocolate.

Why Dark Chocolate?
Dark chocolate, unlike milk, has significantly less fat and is certainly a healthier choice compared to other candy confections as it is less likely to cause obesity. Cocoa-phenols is a substance that has beeb proven to decrease blood pressure, and so with higher amounts of cacao, comes higher health benefits!

Not many changes in terms of texture, but we hope that the Dark Chocolate chunks will appeal to the non-sweet toothers out there.
